What Can Be Accomplished In A Session?  

60 min - Time to do a full body with extra focus to specific areas.  Or the 60 minutes can be time to give very detailed attention to specific areas.

90 min - You may receive a full body session plus time to get more detailed into specific areas.

120 min -  In a 120 min session, relaxation goes to a different level.  Every area of your body may get more detailed attention as needed or a specific area, such as back, neck and shoulders may receive lots of attention with still plenty of time left over for the rest of the body.
